Martial Arts Design Products is run by a Japanese/English translator and karate practitioner based in Japan.

I have been translating for 15 years and practicing karate for 32 years. I wanted to combine my love of the Japanese language with my love of martial arts, and came up with the idea for this store. All the designs are sophisticated and minimalist in style, expressing martial-arts related terminology in Japanese. They make great gifts for friends or family who do martial arts, or for yourself – a dedicated martial artist who takes pride in his or her chosen art.
